Smith & Wesson has teamed up with Crimson Trace to enhance the M&P Bodyguard line of handguns with integrated laser sighting systems.
Built directly into the frames of M&P Bodyguard 380 pistols and M&P Bodyguard 38 revolvers, Crimson Trace designed the laser units to preserve the general shape and weight of S&W's popular carry guns.
M&P Bodyguard 380 Pistol
Reintroduced at the 2014 SHOT Show, the Bodyguard 380 has proven itself among consumers who prefer to carry a gun smaller than the 9x19mm or .40 S&W Shield.
Crimson Trace tailored their integrated laser unit into the frame of the M&P 380 with minimal size increases. Located just in front of the trigger guard, the unit can be intuitively activated by left- or right-handed shooters. When the laser is not in use, the pistol is fitted with stainless steel dovetail sights.
The M&P Bodyguard 380 pistol is available immediately for an MSRP of $419.
M&P Bodyguard 38 Revolver
Smith & Wesson's five-shot Bodyguard 38 Revolver offers a simple hammerless design in a small-frame package. Now fitted with Crimson Trace's red laser module on the right side of the frame, this .38 S&W Special +P revolver is a great wheel gun option for fast target acquisition.
The M&P Bodyguard 38 Revolver is available immediately for an MSRP of $509.
