With the introduction of exclusive new Cerakote finish options, Daniel Defense is proving that black isn't the only color in the AR rifle spectrum. The Black Creek, Georgia company is expanding its Mil Spec+ and Daniel Defense Tornado finishes to include additional rifles in its lineup.
Now offered in the Daniel Defense Tornado finish, the MK12's new gray-colored receiver matches its forend, pistol grip and collapsible stock.
"We've invested a lot of man hours and capital toward development of the MK12," said Jordan Hunter, director of marketing for Daniel Defense. "The New Tornado finish and bead-blasted, stainless steel barrel provide this precision firearm with a new appeal."
Additionally, the company's DDM4v11 line of rifles are now available in Tornado as well as Mil Spec+ finish options. The DDM4v11 also features Daniel Defense's SLiM Rail, its first rail system with a KeyMod attachment interface.

"We're also happy to publicize that the v11 is now available in our new finishes," Hunter said. "Demand since the release of the v11 has been exceedingly strong. With the encouraging response to these distinct finishes, making them available on this firearm is a no-brainer."
Proudly built in the USA, the MK12 Tornado comes to market for $2,329, and the DDM4v11 is available in Tornado or Mil Spec+ for $1,729.
The Mil Spec+ finish option is available on the DDM4V11, which includes a SLiM KeyMod forend.
Daniel Defense is also offering its DDM4V11 in Tornado finish.
The MK12 is now available in Daniel Defense Tornado finish. Its 18-inch bead blasted stainless steel barrel is a natural match for its Tornado gray-colored forend, receiver, pistol grip and collapsible stock.
