New to the Elite Performance product line is a subsonic .300 AAC Blackout load, which represents the company’s first rifle ammunition product. Loaded with a 220-grain Open Tip Match (OTM) projectile, SIG Sauer’s new Elite Performance .300 AAC Blackout skirts just under the speed of sound at an advertised muzzle velocity of 1,000 feet-per-second (fps) with 489 foot-pounds (ft-lb.) of energy.
