Colt's New Viper: A Conceal-Carry Revolver with a Magnum Punch

Joe Kurtenbach chats with Colt Product Manager Jessica Treglia at the OSG 2024 Editorial Roundtable about the new and improved Colt Viper. The latest addition to Colt’s revived Snake Gun family, the Viper is a concealable revolver available with a 3- or 4.25-inch barrel and chambered in .357 magnum. Built up from a forged stainless-steel frame and using the same grips as the new Cobra and King Cobra revolvers, the new Viper was designed with magnum cartridges in mind, rather than the .38 Special used in the original Viper models.
