Host: Jack Oller
The son of an Illinois DNR district wildlife biologist, Jack grew up an avid outdoor enthusiast and hunter. He is especially passionate about turkey hunting and shotgun shooting sports, and he loves building and working on firearms.
While serving in the U.S. Army military police, he was deployed once to the Camp VI Detention Facility in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and he has had extensive training with rifles, pistols, and shotguns from civilian and military schools. He earned a B.A. in English from Illinois State University and started in the outdoor industry working for Guns & Ammo magazine’s special interest publications. After spending time working as the brand manager of Crimson Trace, Jack now works as a digital editor for Outdoor Sportsman’s shooting titles.
