Remington have recently announced its new We The People limited-edition ammunition line. This new product line was created to commemorate America’s 250th anniversary. Featuring Remington products across rifle, handgun, rimfire, and shotshell categories.
“America’s 250th anniversary is a historic milestone, and We The People is Remington’s way of honoring the grit, tradition, and freedom that have defined this country for generations,” said Marketing Director Christian Hogg. “By pairing proven, trusted ammunition with limited edition packaging, we’re giving shooters and collectors a meaningful way to celebrate this moment in American history.”
Remington’s We The People offerings include a mix of popular calibers packaged in 250-count boxes and limited-run commemorative buckets. The lineup spans rifle, handgun, rimfire, and shotshell loads that Remington customers already trust for the range and the field, now presented in a collector-focused format for 2026. Each product is part of a limited-edition run and built around the dependable performance Remington shooters expect.
The new Hard Cast handgun ammunition line, engineered for deep penetration and reliable performance when protection from dangerous game is the priority. The new Hard Cast is designed for hunters, backcountry travelers, and handgun enthusiasts who demand maximum stopping capability. The four dangerous game defense options feature a hard-cast, waxed-groove alloy bullet for ultimate penetration and a nickel-plated case for reliability. The new loads are 10mm 200-grain, 44 Rem. Mag. 260-grain, 357 Mag 180-grain, and 9mm Luger +P 145-grain.

“When the stakes are high, and the target is heavy, you need a load built to penetrate deep and keep driving,” said Product Director Nick Sachse. “Remington Hard Cast delivers that confidence with a tough, non-deforming bullet, dependable function, and features that make it a smart choice for defense against dangerous game.”
Remington Hard Cast is built around a non-deforming alloy bullet designed to deliver the deep, straight-line penetration needed for defense against dense, heavy-bodied targets. Waxed grooves provide lubrication to help minimize barrel fouling, while nickel-plated cases ensure smooth extraction and reliable function in harsh conditions. With heavier bullet weights across multiple popular handgun calibers, the Hard Cast line is designed to perform when the wild gets unpredictable.
Remington Ammunition will launch three new rifle cartridges loaded to subsonic muzzle velocities in 2026. The new Boat-tail Hollow Point (BHP) loads include 360 Buckhammer 250-grain, 308 Win. 190-grain, and 45-70 Govt. 300-grain.

The new centerfire rifle load offerings will expand upon Remington’s existing rifle, handgun, and rimfire Subsonic loads, and are engineered for optimal performance when paired with suppressors. They are loaded with custom powders and dependable primers. These loads' performance and design prevent supersonic cracks, while the enclosed base bullets reduce lead buildup in suppressor ports.
“Remington Subsonic outperforms competitors superbly, without excessive noise. The product line is built for shooters who want quiet, consistent performance without sacrificing reliability,” said Remington’s Centerfire Rifle Product Director Mike Holm. “These new rifle loads expand the lineup with more options for hunters, training enthusiasts, and tactical shooters who need dependable accuracy below the speed of sound.”
Each Remington Subsonic load is assembled with tight quality control and premier components to ensure consistent subsonic performance. Built for versatility, these loads provide quiet operation, reduced recoil, and minimal shooter signature, making it an adaptable choice for hunting, training, and tactical applications across a wide range of environments.
