Eric Poole, Editor of Guns & Ammo magazine, talks with Smith & Wesson’s Matt Spafford about their new handguns for 2019 during the 2019 NRA Annual Meetings. Last year Smith & Wesson introduced their M&P 380 Shield EZ, this year Performance Center is introducing their version of it. P/C has added some custom touches to the gun, such as gold accents that are also available in silver and black. The gun features lightening cuts in the slide, a ported barrel to help with recoil, HI-VIZ Litewave H3 Tritium/Litepipe sights, and a flat-faced trigger. The Performance Center M&P9 Shield is red-dot-ready and available with a 4-inch slide, but is still slim enough to carry and not print.
