New Federal Ammunition Reveals for 2026

Federal Ammunition announced its new America 250th commemorative ammunition line will be available soon. Created to honor the country’s 250th birthday, these limited-edition offerings span several of Federal’s most popular target product families, including American Eagle, Top Gun, and Champion. The loads deliver the same reliable accuracy and performance shooters expect, now packaged in collectible designs celebrating America’s 250th anniversary.

“As our country approaches this historic milestone, we wanted to offer shooters something they can enjoy at the range today while also holding onto as a collectible for years to come,” said Federal’s Vice President of Marketing, Jason Nash. “These America 250th loads deliver trusted Federal performance across our most popular target lines, paired with packaging that honors the American spirit and the next 250 years.”

The America 250th line features target-friendly loads across rifle, handgun, rimfire, and shotshell categories, offering a wide range of options for everyday shooting, training, and recreation. Each product is built on proven Federal recipes for consistent performance and dependable function, with special edition packaging that commemorates the nation’s 250th anniversary.

Federal Ammunition have also expaneded its all-new shotshell product line: Federal All-American. These competition-level trap and skeet loads feature a customized Podium wad that extracts peak performance from utilizing Federal’s straight-wall hull, reliable primers, high-antimony lead shot, and select propellant. The thirteen competition load options include eleven 2-3/4-inch, 12-gauge loads ranging from 1 ounce to 1-1/8 ounce in 7.5, 8, or 9 shot. And the two 2-3/4-inch, 20-gauge loads are 7/8-ounce in 7.5 or 8 shot.

All-American features a one-piece Podium wad and high-antimony lead shot that balances hardness and density. The loads are constructed with a straight-wall hull, an inserted plastic base wad, and a striated tube for optimum performance. All-American offers a much better option than standard target loads for competitors in trap and skeet. They feature high-quality components in an ultra-reliable two-piece straight wall hull design. All-American is offered in the most popular payloads and velocities for modern trap and skeet competitions and is packaged in 25-count boxes.

The new Federal Subsonic rifle ammunition line designed for peak noise reduction and effective low-velocity expansion through suppressors. The new loads are Fusion 30-30 Win. 170-grain, Fusion 45-70 Govt. 300-grain, Fusion Tipped 308 Win. 190-grain, and 300 Blackout 190-grain.

“For shooters and hunters who want true sound suppression without sacrificing performance, Federal Subsonic delivers,” said Jesse Whiteside, Federal’s Vice President of Product Management and Research and Development. “By engineering our proven Fusion and Fusion Tipped bullets to expand reliably at subsonic velocities, we’re giving shooters a factory-loaded solution that performs exactly as intended, right out of the box.”

Federal Subsonic ammunition features specially modified Fusion and Fusion Tipped bullets designed to perform at low velocities and loaded to approximately 1,050 feet per second. These loads remain below the sound barrier to eliminate the supersonic crack suppressors cannot silence, while still providing outstanding accuracy and terminal effectiveness.
