Smith & Wesson Model 1854 Rifles Now Chambered in .357 Magnum

Smith & Wesson have announced the addition of the .357 Magnum caliber to the Model 1854 series.
When the Model 1854 was first introduced, it featured the popular .44 Rem Mag , followed by the .45 Colt in the months that followed. Available in two configurations, users have the choice of a black polymer and stainless-steel finish, or a walnut stock paired with an Armornite finish. Each model features a 10+1 capacity and 19 ¼-inch threaded barrel.
(Photo courtesy of Smith & Wesson) Additional features include a 4 ¾-inch Picatinny base for optics mounting, an adjustable XS Sights ghost ring rear sight, a gold bead front sight, a flat-face trigger design, and a removable magazine tube for safe unloading. Smith & Wesson designed the Model 1854 is to blend the look of a traditional lever-action rifle with the benefits of modern design enhancements.
