Heizer Defense PKO 45

The Heizer PKO 45 is a thin, compact .45 ACP semiautomatic pistol with a wide, flat profile. Width is just 0.8 inch. The frame and barrel are made of stainless steel, and the design is unique in that the fixed barrel is under the guide rod. A flush-fitting magazine holds five rounds, and an extended magazine holds seven rounds. The PKO 45 weighs 28 ounces.
