First Look: New LaserLyte Training Products for 2015 (Updated)

LaserLyte_Trainer_Trigger_Time_CompactLaserLyte has introduced four new products designed to help shooters train in the comfort of your own home. Their new training products for 2015 include two trainer pistols with fully integrated lasers, a laser trainer barrel for Glock 19/23 and an interactive target for use with LaserLyte trainer pistols and cartridges.

The Full Size Trigger Tyme Laser Trainer Pistol and Compact Trigger Tyme Laser Trainer Pistol both incorporate an integrated muzzle laser that produces instant feedback, allowing the shooter to practice trigger control anywhere. Both models feature a simulated 5.5-pound trigger pull with a realistic take up and break action and run on three A76 batteries offering a battery life of up to 50,000 shots.

The full size model mimics the size of a Glock 19 and has a length of 7 1/4 inches, a width of 1.15 inches and a height of 5 1/2 inches. The compact model resembles the Glock 42 and has a length of 6 inches, a width of 1 inch and a height of 4 3/4 inches. Both laser trainer pistols are available for $149.95.

The new Laser Trainer Barrel for the Glock 19/23 features a sound-activated laser that engages when the shooter pulls the trigger. The laser trainer barrel will not accept ammo and incorporates a visual indicator that alerts others nearby that the firearm is not loaded and is safe. An integral snap cap on the barrel also protects the firing pin from repeated dry firing. The Laser Trainer Barrel for the Glock 19/23 has a battery life of 10,000 shots and is available for $159.95.

The Score Tyme Laser Target is an interactive system featuring 147 LEDs that record and score hits from all LaserLyte trainer pistols and cartridges. The Score Tyme target has a three-digit LED display timer with three timer speeds and a scorekeeper that allows up to three players to challenge one another. The target scores shots from 4 to 10 points based on placement and runs on three AAA batteries with a battery life of 6,000 shots.

Offering twice the target area of LaserLyte's original Laser Training Target, the Score Tyme target stands 13 inches high, 8 3/4 inches wide and 1 1/2 inches deep. It is available for $349.95.

Check out the gallery below for some photos of these new training products from LaserLyte.
