Streamlight TLR-6 Universal Kit - $210
If you're looking for the perfect light/laser combination for your defensive handgun, Streamlight has the answer for you in the TLR-6 Universal Kit.
The kit features housings that will attach to more than 18 different handgun models. The TLR-6 light uses the latest in C4 LED technology to deliver 100 lumens, 2,000 candela and a beam distance of 89 meters. The light features three lighting modes: LED Only, LED/Laser, and Laser Only, with operating run times of one hour for the LED Only or LED/Laser modes, and 11 hours for the Laser Only mode.
The unit also uses an integrated 640-660 nm red laser which has an operating temperature range of -20°F to +120°F, permitting usage under a wide variety of weather conditions.
The TLR-6 is powered by two 3 Volt CR-1/3N lithium coin batteries. The light is manufactured from durable, impact-resistant engineered polymer. Depending on the model, it ranges in length from 2.30 to 2.97 inches, and in weight from 1.12 to 1.27 ounces. It is IPX4 rated for water-resistant operation, and also is impact-resistant tested to one meter.
Tactical Walls Pistol Shelf - $179
The 812 PLS from Tactical Walls combines the utility of a shelf with a discreet foam-lined compartment for concealing a handgun and accessories.
Disengaging a hidden lock with the supplied RFID key accesses the compartment. Once the lock is deactivated, the lower half of the shelf hinges open with the assistance of pneumatic struts to reveal the hidden compartment.
The 812 PLS includes the hardwood shelf, an RFID key, customizable foam pad and mounting hardware. Installation of the Tactical Walls shelf does not require modification to interior walls, and the shelf is made in the USA.
LaserLyte Laser Can Kit - $154
LaserLyte is now offering a plinking can setup that allows for hours of handgun training and fun while indoors.
The Plinking Can is an interactive battery-operated cylinder that jumps up and falls over when shot, just like a real can. The system works through instant feedback once a laser stream hits the center mass of the can.
The kit includes one can and one laser training pistol that approximates the size of a Glock 42/43 subcompact pistol. Build confidence in your sight picture, trigger control and accuracy with the Laser Can Kit.
SureFire Titan Plus - $100
This is a keychain light to beat them all. The SureFire Titan Plus has a max power output of 300 lumens, which is a lot of power for a light that is less than 3.5 inches long, has a bezel diameter of half an inch and weighs less than two ounces.
By manipulating the head, you can also select low (15 lumens) and medium (75 lumens) power outputs. The SureFire Titan Plus is built from nickel-plated brass, so it's rugged, and it comes with a removable keyring tail cap and removable pocket clips.
The Titan Plus runs on AAA batteries, either niMH rechargeable (seven-hour run time) or disposable alkaline.
CrossBreed Freedom Carry Holster - $64.50-89.50
The Freedom Carry holster from CrossBreed is the latest model in the company's line of handcrafted holsters.
Most holsters only allow for carry in one position. The Freedom Carry, however, allows users to carry in several positions without sacrificing comfort.
Freedom Carry holsters are available for more than 300 different handguns, including those fitted with lights, lasers and red dot sights. Holster options also include the choice of hand-dyed black cowhide, premium tan cowhide and natural tan horsehide.
Ruger CRKT Follow-Through - $80
Renowned knife maker CRKT has partnered with Ruger to create a line of knives meant to echo Ruger gun designs.
The Ruger/CRKT Follow-Through was designed by Matthew Lerch as an everyday folding knife, and it has a built-in blade flipper for easy one-handed opening.
The handle is made of the same glass-filled reinforced nylon found in many Ruger handgun grips and also features checkering for a non-slip grip. The 3.75-inch blade boasts a stone-washed finish. Overall length closed is 5 inches, weight is 4.5 ounces, and it has a multi-position pocket clip.
The Ruger/CRKT Follow-Through is available in both plain and serrated versions.
Galco Blakguard Holster - $50
Combining center-cut steer hide with injection-molded plastic, the Galco Blakguard has two tension adjustments for an easy draw and a tension-locking unit at the trigger guard for security.
It's a neutral-cant rig with a trench-style sight rail that can handle extra-tall suppressor sights, and the front of the holster is cut low enough to accommodate most carry-style red dot sights.
The tunnel-style belt loop offers easy mounting and removability due to a Velcro flap and will fit belts up to 1.75 inches wide.
Gurkha Knife Pack Gift Box - $50
The Gurkha Knife Pack Gift Box comes with a sampling of five Toro 5x52 cigars, a fixed-blade steel knife with belt-clip sheath, a limited-edition challenge coin key chain and a flip-lid box.
The medium-blend Toro 5x52 cigars are handmade in the Dominican Republic and Honduras and are known to be rich and smooth. The tanto-style knife has a 4-inch blade and is marked "K. Hansotia & Co." The challenge coin key chain is marked "Gurkha Estd. 1887" and "Warriors, Soldiers, Braves, Fearless, Legendary."
Hoppe's Gun Medic Cleaner and Lube
Gun Medic is the new bio-based cleaner and lube formula from Hoppe's. The company says the cleaner/lube was originally developed for jet engines and is perfectly suited to the harsh conditions to which bolts and bolt carriers are subjected.
The Gun Medic cleaner blasts powder residue off your gun's internals and then evaporates in 60 seconds. After the cleaner evaporates, a thin film of lube is left on all of the internal parts. The lube itself has a temperature tolerance of -65 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
Gun Medic is available as a combination in 10 ounce or four ounce sizes, but the company also has the cleaner and lube available in separate containers if your dad prefers to do things step-by-step.
