Introduce to hunting at an early age, Bagnoli's first job was selling bait and archery equipment at a local outdoor store in Arizona. He soon began his career in the outdoor industry after high school working as a big game hunting guide, professional taxidermist and gunsmith. His desire for adventure led him to Montana where he started his career as a law enforcement officer, SWAT sniper and fly-fishing guide. During all this time, Bagnoli was a freelance writer for various outdoor publications before joining the Outdoor Sportsman Group team. This diverse background has forged a unique perspective on marksmanship and woodsmanship, with a deep connection to the outdoors.
