2018 SHOT Show RNT-V and RNT Duck Calls Lynn Burkhead January 25th, 2018 | More From Lynn Burkhead Share0 Tweet Email Share on Facebook.Share on Twitter.Share on Google+One of the most recognizable names in the waterfowling world, Jim “Jimbo” Ronquest of Rich-n-Tone Duck Calls (RNT), makes his living making duck calls and producing the popular RNT-V series on Sportsman Channel. At the 40th anniversary SHOT Show in Las Vegas, Ronquest stopped by the OSG booth to talk for a few minutes to writer Lynn Burkhead about all things duck hunting. From the various RNT filming expeditions this past fall to the challenge of duck hunting in high-and-dry Arkansas after a summer and early fall of drought, greenheads, duck calls, and Sitka Gear camouflage dominated the discussion. Before the quack-talk session was through, Ronquest – the 2006 world duck calling champion – gave viewers a progress report on how the Stuttgart, Ark. based RNT Call Shop is coming along in the rebuilding process after the company suffered a devastating fire in early 2016.
