Smith & Wesson introduced nine new handguns in 2014, among which are a pair of revolvers that stand out in S&W’s long-standing tradition of building high quality wheel guns.
Those revolvers are the Model 69 and Model 66, both double-action (DA) revolvers with stainless steel frames. The Model 69 marks the first time S&W has built a .44 Magnum revolver on anything other than the N-frame, while the Model 66 introduces the return of the K-frame.
Craig Boddington and Kyle Lamb discuss the traditions of S&W revolvers and take the new Model 69 and Model 66 out for a spin in this segment of Guns & Ammo TV, airing Monday nights at 8 p.m. ET on the Sportsman Channel.
