EOTech Launches Facebook Contest For 1 Millionth Sight

How does a company like EOTech celebrate a milestone achievement like manufacturing its 1 millionth sight? How about giving something back to you, the customer, who is responsible for helping them reach this landmark?

Well, that's precisely what EOTech is doing. Starting today, EOTech is launching a year-long Facebook contest with weekly prizes — plus a grand prize at the end — in honor of its 1 millionth holographic weapons sight.

To enter the contest, head over to EOTech's Facebook page and click "Like." Once you do that, check out their promotional video and register to guess where in the world the sight is that week. A new video will be posted every week with the sight in a new, secret location. According to a press release from EOTech, fans are given a better opportunity to win by sharing the promotion with their friends.

The contest begins today and runs through the end of the year. Weekly prize packages include a EXPS3-0 holographic weapons sight and G33 magnifier kits — a retail value of $1,268. At the end of the year, a $10,000 grand prize package will be given away, including a WL1-AA LED tactical long gun light ($469), a X200XP handheld thermal imaging unit ($4,999), a M914 weapon mounted night vision system ($4,799) and a Beamhit 190-3 Personal Marksmanship Training System ($329).

"The recognition of this 1 Millionth sight milestone is our way to give something back and share our gratitude and appreciation for all the support our various customers have given us throughout the years," said Ed Schoppman, vice president of marketing and sales.
