Hornady introduced a brand new handgun load, the Hornady Critical Duty .45 Auto +P, at the 2013 SHOT Show in Las Vegas. An addition to Hornady’s popular Critical Duty line, the Critical Duty .45 Auto +P features a 220-grain bullet with Hornady’s Flex Tip technology and is designed for optimal performance in the FBI Protocol Test. The round is intended for 12 to 18 inches of penetration in ballistics gel through heavy clothing, wallboard, steel, glass and plywood. Check out the video from SHOT Show.
