Booth Babes of the 2012 SHOT Show

Companies in the outdoor industry know how to get our attention. We know, it might seem cheap, but sometimes a head-turning booth babe can make all the difference. As we run frantically around the 2012 SHOT Show in our tireless effort to bring you the everything worth a look from the world’s largest hunting and shooting trade show, we thought it might be nice to take a break from the new products and admire the scenery.

Women would like to subscribe to this magazine also and be treated with respect, not like pieces of exposed meat. This is disrespectful and a shame that this magazine is going in this direction. I for one will discontinue my subscription if you don't change course. sad.

  Don't scare them away! Sure, we don't need scantily clad women everywhere–I understand that. But it sure is nice to see women holding guns instead of sitting on cheapo import cars or whining about the latest dress in some big-head rich people magazine.

Sorry to all those offended, but sex sells–always has, always will. Find a good looking woman to stand in front of your booth, and you are guaranteed to generate interest. They're not pieces of meat, they're beautiful women, if you don't like it, then you won't like marketing in general.

Not listed are the three sisters working the Maxpedition booth (all pretty and knowledgeable) and the girl working the Kickbusters booth (warm, killer smile, very pretty, a hunter and knowledgeable). Can't believe you guys missed those ladies! They are even more sexy than the ones listed because they know their products and aren't figureheads!

The comments are unnecessary and sound quite jealous. Do any of you know these women? The Tactical Girls Calendar volunteered their time to raise money for Americansnipers.org. AND they all shoot guns! One of the girls in the Calendar is married to a well known sniper. I'd choose snide and assuming comments wisely. and Jeff, that poster is not violating military opsec. Get your facts straight buddy.

We also donated 2,000 calendars to the SHOT AmericanSnipers.org fundraiser, free and clear.

We appreciate the kind words and support from all of our fans, we are glad to add to the positive atmosphere of the show.

For the record, most of our models shoot. Over the years our models have included former Marines, Navy and Army service members and a current United States Marshall.

Just the fact everyones commenting shows the ladies did their jobs. Companies use them for advertising and if they shoot and are gun buffs, even better. Companies know what sells, and how to market accordingly. If sex didn't sell, they would be a little less exposed. Where are the girls from Dillon?

I would never disrespect any woman, and especially women who are involved in our shooting sports. I happen to have two very lovely ladies in our home that shoot and hunt. My daughter loves to shoot, is very good at it, loves hunting and fishing, and is quite a beautiful young lady. If the opportunity presented itself for her to model at one of the shows I would encourage her with complete support. She bagged a nice 8 pt buck this year and suffered a misfire on a HUGE B&C the next morning that walked to within 30 ft of us. I was so heartbroken for her. I try to get as many ladies involved in shooting as I can, the more the merrier. I simply think Shana is very attractive and I won't apologize for it.

I see these ladies keep the plastic surgery business going that's for sure. I'm glad sex sells, but there is a difference between good porn and bad. and of these girls look like they are on the low end of the model scale. But I guess whatever pays the bills right? silicone doesn't pay for itself. I'll take an all natural beauty compared to the heavily fixed women like most of these girls are.
